About Nina

I am a fully qualified BACP Psychodynamic Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (bacp). I graduated from 4 years of training in MA Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling at the University of Hertfordshire and have been working from my established practice in Welwyn Garden City.

I work with both individuals and couples from a diverse cultural background and can offer short-term and open ended counselling for a variety of issues.

How I Work

I offer a professional service and a confidential caring space to talk about the difficulties that you may be going through.  I am passionate about my work and committed to help you realise the changes and goals you want to make in your life.

It may be that you lack confidence, the voice or even the words, to communicate what or how you're feeling. Understanding this together can make a difference. I provide a warm, welcoming space to speak freely and openly without judgement.

Whilst my academic training is psychodynamic, I work in a contemporary way where the therapeutic relationship is one of the main focuses. This means I will listen to your story and find a process where we can work together towards seeing you achieve your goals. Every person and couple is different, so I seek to provide an individual service to suit you and your needs.
